Absolutely. Members can add additional points by phone or online through the member’s web site with a credit card. |

| How do I schedule a car? |
| |
Once a member, you can contact us by email or phone to request a car for a specific time period, or you can use our members’ portal on our web site to reserve a car online. The second option is optimal since you have the ability to review the current calendar and see at a glance what cars are available when. Then, with a few clicks, you can reserve your car. You can also schedule any elective services to be performed on your personal car while driving you Black Diamond Motor Sports car. |

| I am really having fun can I extend my reservation? |

You may, if there is not an existing reservation for the car during the period you wish to extend. Simply give our office a call and we can handle your request. |

| Are there limits to the number of miles I can drive? |
| |
Yes, there are. Vehicles are limited to an average of 150 miles per day for the period of the reservation. |

| What do I do if there is a problem with the car or an emergency? |
| |
In each car, there is card with procedures to follow in case of an emergency. Members will also have access to a 24-7 phone number that will be answered by out concierge service who can ccontact the appropriate parties. |
